Will these work on the Lidar scanners?

They work well. I put them on every device that has a camera. *Note, some other brands use stickers that automatically open a viewing hole. These are very unreliable. They then to open on their own. I recommend the stickers you picked. On my work laptop I use black electrical tape.

Will these work outside on the Google camera in the rain, cold and heat?

They stick pretty good until you have to remove and put them back after using a camera that they lose their stickiness

Wondering if the smallest dots are suitable for iphone front cam?

Yes, the smallest dots completely cover the front camera for my iPhone X.

What is the smallest size? Can it cover pinhole size camera ? Any idea if it’s less then .5 cm or 5mm?
