I'm a big fan of this pillow! It's soft, but firm at the same time. It came with extra filling if you want a firmer feel. I added it to the pillow. I love that it comes with a cover! I thought the cover was the actual pillow, and was surprised. It's really a good quality pillow. And the price is great.

This is an amazing pillow. I let it “get air” for two days and once it was “done” I noticed how soft and bouncy it became. Very comfortable pillow and holds it shape so nicely. I am really considering purchasing another one and then slowly replacing all of my older pillows with one of these.

I’ve been using this cooling memory foam pillow for a few weeks now, and overall my experience has been mixed—but leaning positive when it comes to comfort. The memory foam itself is excellent. It has a nice balance between softness and support, contouring well to my head and neck without feeling too stiff or too sinky. I’m primarily a side and back sleeper, and the pillow does a great job of maintaining proper alignment, which has noticeably reduced neck stiffness in the mornings. It also holds its shape well throughout the night and doesn’t go flat, which is a big plus compared to traditional pillows. Where this pillow falls short is in its advertised cooling performance. While it’s marketed as a “cooling” memory foam pillow, I didn’t notice much difference compared to a standard memory foam option. The surface may feel slightly cool when you first lie down, but that sensation fades quickly, and the pillow tends to retain heat as the night goes on. If you’re someone who sleeps hot or specifically looking for a pillow to help with overheating, this may be disappointing. I still found myself flipping the pillow to find a cooler spot, which defeats the purpose of the cooling feature. That said, if comfort and support are your top priorities, this pillow delivers very well. The materials feel high-quality, and it provides consistent support night after night. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable memory foam pillow, but with the caveat that the cooling aspect isn’t as effective as advertised. Think of it as a great memory foam pillow first—and a “cooling” pillow second.

I tried using the pillow as is for about 6 months after purchase. Too big/tall, not enough give. I took out about 25% of the stuffing, and it was better. Used it like this for about 3 months. Decided to take out another 10-15% of the stuffing and it's pretty much perfect now. I've used the pillow for sleep every night since late 2023 (now mid-2026). I like it a lot. A few notes: 1. I had to buy two pillowcases and two pillow protectors and ask mom to sew them together. Thanks mom! Normal sized pillowcases were just too small and couldn't accommodate the pillow with all of the stuffing inside. 2. Pillow protector + pillowcase renders "cooling side" pretty much useless. This isn't really an issue for me. 3. As stated above, I took out a bunch of stuffing. Wasn't sure where to put it so I threw it into an empty pillow protector. Then I ultimately just threw a case onto that and now I have a small baby pillow to go along with this one. I find it to be useful for lounging about while watching tv so that's a plus. Very hard not to recommend this pillow considering the price I got it at. For me it sits probably somewhere between a very good to great purchase overall and I'm definitely satisfied with it.

Good shipping and packaging. Texture of the pillow is nice. No loud crinkle noises or anything from the fabric. One side definitely feels cooler, but does nothing to keep you cool at night. And cant be felt through a pillow case. Its very squishy, easy to adjust to anyone's needs. My main issue is how flat it got after a bit of use. I used all the stuffing, and it still feels a bit flat. Was hoping for a bit more neck support I think. I'm a side sleeper

Love this pillow. I usually use the mypillow, but figured I would try this one. It is easily as nice or nicer. Extra foam allows you to fine tune the firmness. I loved it as is and added extra foam. Didn't like that as much so put it back as it came.

I love holding onto it but I kinda wanted to use it for my head, which it unfortunately does not work in that way, for me. It angles my head at 90 degrees and for everyone over 30 years old, you know what that feels like to wake up from. Honestly people of all ages would likely find that extremely uncomfortable but waking up with stiff neck and migraine isn't ideal for me. It is memory foam so it will, eventually, remember when I press my head so far into it that it touches my bed but it has yet to do so. I am giving it 4 stars because I recognize I just haven't beaten the migraine angle out of it and it is comfortable to hold onto and sleep, plus it is cooling and shredded memory foam as advertized. Also, I just now saw that I could remove some of the foam so as it turns out a lot of my problems are caused by myself but I am leaving this up so others who want to use it as is can be warned.

Great idea to take the stuffing out to adjust to your own comfort,took me few times but got it right now.fantastic product

I have tried so many types of pillow only to be disappointed after a relatively short use but these are really comfortable. I started off with them fully filled but they gradually expanded and became too high (I think because they were compressed in the packaging). I have taken out some of the filling and they are now extremely comfortable
