Its really great, I used it after an injury and it did a great job with the cold compress.. Now I put ot in my travel cooler and it keeps things pretty cold for about 3-4 hours at 78f The only bad thing is that my first 2 packs were confiscated by TSA because it doesn't really freeze solid ( like water would) And the " brain surgeons " wouldn't let you take it onboard)

Purchased these ice packs to use after shoulder surgery and wasn’t disappointed! Stayed cold for over 30 minutes. Much cheaper than wasting money on compression cold unit. Great size for shoulders.

Perfect for use on hip, after replacement surgery. By using two he was able to completely cover swollen areas around his hip, which greatly reduced swelling. Easy to refreeze for next use. Much easier to use than the ice machine that pumps cold water, and avoided having to purchase the expensive attachment to wrap your hip. These are versatile for other uses, later.

It's a good size and well made. However it doesn't get cold enough.

Perfect size for shoulder or rotator cuff recovery. It’s not too big or heavy, which makes it easy and comfortable to use. I’ve also used it for back, knee, and neck pain, and it works just as well for those areas.

I had shoulder surgery and these worked so great! They froze fast and were able to form around the sore spots easily.

I wish I purchased this ice pad before I purchased the ice pump. I love the fact that the product includes the cloth cover for applying it against the body. Unlike the ice pump, I can apply the ice pad without help from someone else.
