Totally loving these quality pans. They are VERY sturdy, wash up in the dishwasher or by hand and keep their nonstick properties(the coating has remained unaffected by their many trips through the dishwasher), are a cool color that works well for many uses(not so dark as to burn things, but dark enough to help with browning), and the price was nice! Since there are two, you can swap them out for the next batch of cookies or use them side by side at the same time, but the small baking capacity is such that they will not make a large batch of cookies at a time. The smaller size is excellent for my most common use - there are two of us in my home and I use these for fries, a few pieces of fish or chicken, two patties of frozen chicken fried steak or pork tenderloins, what have you. They are a perfect size for most of my uses and they take up little space. THESE are the baking sheets I needed in my kitchen. I gladly recommend them for yours. Update February 2026, after a year of regular use: I can’t say enough good things about these pans. I’ve used them heavily over the past year and run them through the dishwasher almost every time, and they’ve held up incredibly well. The nonstick surface is still performing almost like new — food still slides around easily and nothing sticks. There are no scratches at all, which honestly is very rare these days. These are still the unicorn pans in my kitchen, and I’d absolutely buy them again. If I could, I'd give them a 10 - and I reach for them more than I ever expected, considering they are rather small. These are those baking sheets you want that you didn't realize you needed.

These pans are wonderful! Completely nonstick surface, even with the messiest ingredients such as cheese. They are the perfect size for my air fryer. They are great for smaller amounts of baked goods. I love that they can be used in the oven and air fryer, but especially love the quick clean up. I handwash these only and have had no issues. I read in other reviews that some people don’t like the rolled edges and feel like water gets stuck in there and will cause rust. I handwash them and have not had any problems with water being retained within the edges. Overall great value for this product. Very happy I bought it!

Im so impressed with these baking sheets. I have never been a fan of non-stick bakings until I tried these. I needed a couple new baking sheets, I was looking for aluminum sheets which I have always used. I wanted to see if these insulated sheets made any difference. Wow! These are awesome and will never go back to my old standard baking sheets. I bake a lot of cookies and scones. The bottoms of my cookies and scones never brown on these, they come out perfect every time. No need for parchment paper and they do reduce baking time by a minute or two as advertised. Baked goods stay put and easy to take baked goods off. Simple cleaning just soap and water, using the soft side of sponge. They are made with sturdy metal, never have to scrape them or scrub hard. If you get a stray chocolate chip or other, just wipe off with a folded paper towel. They are a bit heavy compared to regular baking sheets,due to the insulated bottoms. Another nice thing is these sheets will not warp. Whoever invited this idea deserves an award. The non-stick surface is great quality, I do recommend placing a silicone Matt on top if you are going to store other metallic cookware on top of them. They are truly wonderful to bake with.

I love these. Perfect size for retired couple. Can use these to bake on. To use as a tray for making chocolate bars. To transport food to grill and back. Very sturdy and doesn’t deform or warp in oven.

These are wonderful for macarons. Lightweight and easy to clean.

Daily use, rinse off, ready to go again!

Love these. I love to bake and with these, no burned cookies. So easy to clean. I do it by hand so water doesn't get stuck inside. They're sturdy but not super heavy to lift.

Works great! Love them, cleans up in a minute, couldn't ask for more!
