Does it raise glucose levels?

i have read where beet root lowers blood sugar levels. i certainly don't think it would raise.

Beet root powder has carbs,but in this amount I would consider it keto friendly.

Isn't Polyethylene glycol a laxative? Is this product a laxative?

It’s not specifically a laxative. It is used in some suppository laxatives. It’s also used to keep tobacco and shredded coconut (and other foods) moist and it’s used as a pet-friendly antifreeze in cars. So in the case of the beets, it’s used to keep them from drying out. I was worried, too, so researched about the uses for polyethylene glycol. It’s FDA approved for human use. I’ve had no problems to date.

Did this really work in lowering blood pressure? I want to get off my meds.

I doubt it. Read the label. “Beets help to dilate blood vessels, which promotes healthy blood flow and supports blood pressure levels that are already in a healthy range.”
