Very well insulated. Looks nice and sliding top lid works well and seals. The handle made the mug easy to use. If you want a mug that is stable on practically any surface and will not tip over in your car/ truck; this however is not the mug you get.

Keeps my coffee nice and hot. That being said the lid does allow it to leak a bit. Since I am only using it at home it isn’t a big problem.

Looks wise, very nice. Love that it’s more of a cup. And 2 stars for being able to take apart the lid for washing. I was so nervous about mold until I figured it out. The negatives. Doesn’t keep coffee hot at all. Barely warm after about 90 min. Definitely not leak proof. Drinking I feel like I have a hole in my lip as liquid constantly drips. Not worth the $23. Maybe $10. I’ll stick to my Contigo easy seal. Disappointed.

Amazing cup! I don't have to put my coffee in the microwave anymore ! Finally! I will be ordering more! Wanted a coffee cup that could keep my coffe hot for longer in a nice cup and this does the job, if you keep the lead off it actually stays hot longer witch is crazy, and it's big enough

I'm disappointed that there's no 0-star option. Amazon should do better. I suppose I can think of this purchase as a contribution to our planet, and I'd like to apologize that its resources were used to manufacture this product. I'd honestly feel better if I'd flushed my money down the toilet. At least then I'd know it contributed toward something—keeping the plumbing industry in the workforce. “Keeps beverages hot”? What a joke. The user guide should be updated to something more accurate: Keeps hot beverages cold and iced beverages warm. At least that would be user-friendly advertising. And the lid? Decoration. If you expect it to actually keep the liquid inside the mug, prepare to be disappointed. It spills everywhere. I bought this mug because I liked the shape. Unfortunately, the shape appears to be the only part of the product that successfully performs its intended function. Save your money. Your plumbing industry may appreciate the contribution more.

I have bought and wasted so much money over the years trying different insulated coffee mugs and I have finally found one that actually works and works well. I never use the plastic lid as I don't use this as a travel mug, just a normal mug. I just wanted a coffee mug that keeps my coffee hot, from start to finish, as I like my coffee hot. This does just that, better than any other insulated mug I have bought. The outside never gets hot, so you can hold it by the handle or the body without any issue, whilst the liquid inside stays hot, just like I want it to. Perfect

Great looks good works well doubt it would keep hot for eight hours but I’ll never put it to that test.
