Is it slippery when you put a drink on it?

I used them in a backslash. They are glazed tiles so I assume they would be slippery.

Are there 9 tiles that are 4x4? Each?

Yes. Each tile is 4x4 and has a different design.

Can these be hung on the wall using plate hangers?

Even though they are very nice they are probably too small

Seller: how thick is the tile exactly and how many BOXES OF THESE tiles would i need to cover 6‘ x 6‘ kitchen floor?

Hello! These tiles are around the 5/16 mark! Advertising as 1/4”. To cover a 6x6 area are 36 sqft. That means you need 36 boxes!!!
