A truly amazing product by JBL. I also have AirPods Pro 2nd Gen, at times, I honestly feel this one is much better than Apple - in terms of battery life, sound quality, bass, build quality. Yes, Apple connects seamlessly across all Apple devices without manual intervention, but this one is really a must-have product, especially those who are looking to purchase a good durable in-ear earbuds, but not willing to spend so much on Apple AirPods. The noise cancellation feature is nice, but not comparable to AirPods Pro 2nd Gen, AirPods' ANC is a charm. Initially I was trying to return this product and get my money back, but failed. Now, I don't regret buying this product. Weight of the case is lesser compared to AirPods Pro 2nd Gen. It is compatible across all devices with bluetooth, only issue is that to switch from one device to another, you need to manually switch. Mic quality is not that good, the other person could not properly hear my voice (tested multiple times with multiple people, but same result persisted). Surely, a go-ahead from my side, a value for money product.

Sound quality 8/10 For the price it’s excellent sound quality and is perfect for workouts and casual listeners Quality excellent very durable I have dropped it 500 times already and nothing has happened to it Better than the previous generation as it old case had terrible battery life But this one has very good battery life and charges quickly I haven’t used it for 4hrs straight and it never had any hiccups The case also has good battery life I personally charge it only once in 5-6 days i use my ear phones 2-3 hrs a day It fits my ears perfectly and doesn’t fall off my ear regardless of how much I move but that might be different for everyone depends on your ear type It’s not very feature rich but has all basic features like forward and back and Siri and google assistant Noise cancellation is 7/10 not as good as more expensive ear buds but is excellent for the price

Review after one week of usage- Delivery- on time, no damage, excellent packing Product- excellent Sound quality- top notch Pairing - instant to first device. Auto pairing. While second device pairing is tricky. Anc- impressive. No problem at all. Fit and comfort - very good. Does not fall even when working out in gym, running on trade mill. Calls quality- because of ANC and 6 mics there is no problem in noisy environments Problems- it can be s paired with two devices at a time. But this feature is not that good. Second device pairing takes a lot of efforts and even then it does not work as desired. Switching in between devices is also not good. This should be improved Overall these are one of the best earbuds i had in recent times. Value for money. Definitely recommend.

ANC: 4 Star, ENC: 0 Star, Music: 4 Star Sound quality is pretty good and ANC works really well. Worst part of the product is ENC. Its not at all cancelling the environmental noise and when you will go on call, otherside people hearjng more backgrohnd noise then the caller voise. I tested this with Samsung S23, Iqooz7pro but same result. I bought this earpods co sidering the reviews people giving over youtube but its not at all working. While submmitjng the return request I have been asked tk visit the service center as amazon no more supporting any returns on electronics items. After spending 2 hours from my place when I visited the service center they told me sir this is not for ENC and it will work like this only. Atlast I got the job card from service center when again connected with amazon they took 7 days to work with JBL and finally gave me an option for Replacement or Refund. If you will choose the replacement and if new piece also have same problem then yoh have to go though same process again. I choosen retrun and now product is not with me. Only point if you are buyjng this considering calls then dont even think its Noise addition model not the noise cancelling. Worst product and expierence giving 0 star.

I have used earbuds from many brands over the last decades. JBL has never disappointed me. I'll place these earbuds second only to the super expensive, premium Bose Earbuds. I have previously used Bose Earbuds that cost a little more but offered 100% noise cancellation. These earbuds offer about 50-60% noise cancellation, which is enough so you're aware of your surroundings, especially when outdoors. The 'crispiness' of vocals is what I love about JBL audio products. Switch on to a podcast, and you feel like the speaker is in the room with you, whispering into your ear. Audio calls on a laptop as well as over the phone are crystal clear and comfortable. I also love the 'auto-adjustment' of noise depending on my surroundings. These earphones are great for music, podcasts and calls. They are of excellent quality and are presented in a classy box and packaging. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you, Amazon and JBL!!!

Great connectivity with iOS and super easy to use. The sound quality is really good, and the ANC works perfectly.

As mentioned in my title, this is some seriously good sound for the price. when listening on apple music on iphone, the sound is excellent. noise cancellation is good. also, one unexpected good feature that u can use your custom EQ curve on their app. if u hate all the stock EQs given with apple music, then this is a must buy. their software uses a more musical parametric EQ unlike the annoying graphic EQ presets included with apple music. so u can get the sound u want. the battery life is also excellent. The only nuisance: no matter how much i tried, it never works on my hp laptop. it pairs with the laptop as a bluetooth device, but the sound breaks every 2 seconds , endlessly. restarting, re-pairing, nothing works. i found this is a common issue with this unit in online forums, but u get the expected reply from JBL to contact microsoft for the problem ! imagine u ever getting a response or solution from microsoft for such things. thats the only thing which leaves a bad aftertaste, otherwise a good product.
