I use a heaping teaspoon in a cup or mug, use a stainless steel tea strainer and pour boiling water letting it steep in a tea strainer for about 5 or plus minutes. I love it strong. You may want to test strength at 4 minutes and adjust to your liking. I do not use sweetener. Enjoy!

Great product!

I love this product. Comes as described, great taste. It also taste nice with a teaspoon of Agave Nectar ( if you like a little sweetener), if you’re making a tea. I’d definitely buy again. Gives me energy!

My first bag ended up getting damaged, and the post office sent it back to Amazon. I got a hold of customer service, and they were amazing and sent me out another bag ASAP. I finally got it. I opened it. It smelled wonderful. It looks great. 10 out of 10 recommend. I will definitely be ordering other herbs from them.
