I received my burdock root it's perfectly cut & fine for tea and healing I recommend this brand and company to everyone thank you.

My first bag ended up getting damaged, and the post office sent it back to Amazon. I got a hold of customer service, and they were amazing and sent me out another bag ASAP. I finally got it. I opened it. It smelled wonderful. It looks great. 10 out of 10 recommend. I will definitely be ordering other herbs from them.

The product packaging was good and the Burdock Root was fresh

I have bought many types of burdock root like this to make tea and this one is particularly difficult to steep even if you use a large amount the tea still is very weak. I’m not sure if it’s because the pieces are too big or if they are too dry, but you have to let it steep for about 30 minutes just to get it decently strong enough for tea use this is not Happen. Even after steeping in boiling hot water after 30 minutes it’s still weak I won’t be buyi this brand again.

This product is good for African American women as a good source for their natural hair. I will use it making a oil conditioner. It is used for growth and damage hair.
