Shirt is male sizes, so it depends on what size you are and your sex. I wear a womans small and purchases a male small. The fit is loose, and the sleeves need to be rolled up on me. I am 5'4 and weight is 130.

Yes, this shirt is a thin cotton. Not a lot of stretch in fabric, but it fits loose.

Does it have 3/4 sleeves?

It says so but some have gotten full sleeves (including myself)
