I purchased this to use for warm-up & cool down after running. The uses of it are really only bound by your imagination. With a search on Google you can find plenty of exercises or just make your own up. I’ve found it best for leg extensions and squatting to help strengthen legs, knees etc. really good purchase.

Good quality bands. I bought various resistance over the last few months and use them to work on my pull ups and had no issue with them so far. Strong and resistant to weight.

Perfect, long exercise band. I just got the red one, very versatile. I use it at home, I attach it to some furniture and workout upper and lower body, limbs and rotations.

Good product

I have been using many of these brand bands for years, and they have been really good, but in recent months, they started to constantly snap. I'm very disappointed. Update: My last band broke after 4 days of use. I'm done with this brand. I bought around 100 bands from them during the last 5 years, but the quality went completely downhill.

I use these bands at the gym to strengthen my shoulders and decided to buy one for home. Works well. Thinking of getting the thinner yellow band and thicker black bands as well.
