Doesn’t make diarrhea worse
I have a buttload of health issues, crohns being one of them. Which is basically living like you have food poisoning without the vomiting part.I’ve tried a couple magnesium’s, and was really struggling with sleep and restless leg syndrome.This is one of the ones I’ve tried that has helped with that. Not always because I also struggle with b12 absorption and iron deficiency and of those are they also affect those specific things.But magnesium is very important and I’m glad to have found one that I can tolerate and doesn’t give me the runs. Also magnesium oil,it’s probably the safest, guaranteed way to get magnesium in if your gut is messed up.If you rub it on and it stings or itches a bunch, you’re probably very deficient and to help with the you can put some lotion on with the oil so it slows the absorption.On the contrary if your constipated and trying to flush yourself out look into magnesium citrate. That could help you out.

This magnesium works really well. I take it each day and I haven't had any issues.

I think it's working; giant pill
I think it's doing something good for me -- my leg cramps are lessened overall. I still get them but they are less painful. But the capsule is giant, over an inch long. If that's an issue for you, be aware. I think I'd prefer to take two smaller pills, but overall happy with this product. I will definitely buy again.
