Why bi-color and not only white?

LEDs are natively blue (about 6500 Kelvin which is daylight) Manufactures coat the glass bulbs around the led to match Tungsten (about 3200K) Having a mix of the two with separate dimmers for each allows you to infinite vary the color temperature for your needs without using filters which are then one fixed temperature.

Can these light up a average size wedding dan e floor.

I’ve only used these once so far to light a two person interview setting. These are excellent lights but You would need several to adequately light a dance floor. You could arrange two or three to illuminate the couples first dance or bride and father dance or a portion of the dance floor. I hope this helps.
