I was using another brand very sparingly, since daily usage of melatonin brings down it's efficacy drastically. I have to say that this brand of melatonin has very low content in it. Not at all effective. Waste of money.

It's like alarm, within 15 min u will get sleep, I had fear it may be cause laziness but it's not like that u will feel energetic and after 1 week my sleep routine improved now i don't take regularly
