I use these fairly regularly, any time I eat something, well, possibly gassy. Works great for me. I used to buy the huge bottle of 300 or 500 count, but honestly I couldn't use them before they expired, so I think this bottle of 150 is perfect for me. No taste. Really small capsules. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. This reliably prevents painful gas the following day caused by eating vegetables like broccoli. I have used it probably 5 times already and each time it worked, save for one time where it only partially worked because I ate too much. The next day I ate the same amount, tripled my dosage (3 pills instead of 1), and it worked 100%. This is a life saver for people who like to load up on fiber-filled vegetables to lose weight! Also significantly cheaper than brand name beano.

Ever since switching to a plant-based diet, it's been nothing short of literal hell for my fiancé and I. I have been a vegetarian, and a vegetable lover all my life. I have gotten to know both Beano and Bean-Zyme and have stuck with Bean-Zyme because of it's great value. Lately I have noticed something's amiss. The little tablets no longer perform. Their quality has decreased so that I might as well not be taking them. That's my personal experience after longtime use, if it helps. I will now set sail, drifting through and sampling all the old and new products that assist vegetable lovers everywhere.
