Marble Mortar and Pestle, Green

Il prodotto non era idoneo, era piccolissimo, mi serviva un mortaio x il pesto e questo era grande quando una tazzina da caffè, per cui ho provato a restituirlo, ma la politica di reso del venditore prevedeva che avrei dovuto spedirlo a mie spese in California e quando avrebbe ricevuto il prodotto avrebbe effettuato il rimborso. Questa procedura richiedeva tempo per andare a spedire il pacco, dovevo farlo solo con UPS ma nella mia zona non c'è questo corriere, e ci avrei rimesso pure le spese x la restituzione restando alla fine pure senza il prodotto. Davvero una politica dei terzi venditori deludente, che non viene per niente incontro ai clienti. Amazon è stata chiara e disponibile nel dare spiegazioni ma questo venditore con me ha chiuso e spero che questa recensione possa essere di aiuto a tanti. Ho messo una stella perché il sistema altrimenti con zero stelle non mi passava la recensione!

Seems small, but it's sturdy, good craftsmanship, weighs in at about (I'm guessing) 3-5 lbs, the marble is a very nice colour. I'll update my review after testing it, but as it stands, i recommend it. I'll be sending the link to the item to people on fb. As promised, i shall now edit my review. I still recommend it. Fantastic piece of kit. I've ground sea salt, peppercorns, chili peppers, garlic cloves, and sticks of cinnamon. I don't recommend grinding cinnamon in there, it's been a few months, and i still smell cinnamon. Albeit faintly. If you're looking for a mortar and pestle, you can do a LOT worse than this little beauty. It now has a home on my kitchen counter. I grind salt and pepper every time i have eggs.

Small mortar and pestle - dimensions are as described in product listing. I already have a large set and wanted a smaller/lighter one for grinding 1-2 servings worth of peppercorns and smaller portions of dry spices. Only (minor complaint) with this item is that the mortar is a light sea foam kind of green color with grey tones, and the pestle is the very dark emerald-y green tones I expected from the product photo. I expect some variation in natural stone products, but none of the colors/veining in these two pieces match each other so it doesn’t really look like it’s from the same set. 5 stars for quality and functionality Docked 1 star for coloration/consistency within the set (if the colors were consistent with each other whether light or dark I would not have taken a star away)

So I needed a mortar and pestle for grinding herbs and did not have a large budget so I went on Amazon to look and found this amazing thing. The weight is pretty nice is weighs enough to know it’s high quality but is light enough to carry in loose athletic shorts!!! The stability of the bowl is pretty good aswell it sounds beautiful. The grinding is pretty good as the rough cut the bowl is made with gives it the perfect texture to crush herbs. It’s super easy to clean and takes around 1-3 minutes to do so.
