Product is excellent does what it says on the box doesn’t use much electricity easy to clean

Slim line which I I luckily needed due to short space. Bit pricey though due to country in recession. The tubes are Phillips make, let's c how long they will work? I recommend it.

I bought this after going through many fly zappers that refused to work after a few weeks. It is pricey but thought I should get value for money after wasting money on cheaper brands. This pricey zapper does not kill any fly! The UV lamps attract insects but the electrical grid does not kill any insect. The insects that are attracted by the lamps just sit/walk around majestically on the electrical grid! See my attached video of the zapper installed in my home. So the zapper ends up bringing more insects into my home. It is a total waste of money. I would have returned it, but the return window has lapsed :-(. I bought a second smaller version of the same PLUS-ZAP that I am yet to install. I would come back and give updates when installed.

Good fly killer enjoy the shaping noise very satisfying and sizzling

Before buying this product I bought cheaper ones and I have to say that they stopped working ten minutes after installation, so I repurchased this product because this one was used in another store of mine and although they stopped working after a year and a half, after changing the bulb everything worked fine.

Kills them if they go in. Not sire that the light is strong enough to actually attract insects in daylight/ lit room

My wife is paralysed from neck down, can’t use her hands, can’t swat a insect from her face, this is great to leave in her room, it is safe & catches all the insects

I have bought many Insect-O-Cutor brand products over the years, and with the exception of this model, they are all still working perfectly. I first bought this model in Feb 2024 and the first unit I received was faulty - there was no current being delivered to the lamps. I returned it to Amazon who issued a replacement which worked fine in my garage. Then, this month (October 2024) I started to notice cluster flies suddelnly start appearing in my garage roof - went up to check and the lamps are working but the 'killer bars' have now failed. Hundreds of flies are happily flying in and around the unit, enjoying the disco light and coming to absolutely no harm as they land on the internal bars! Amazon have been good as gold and issued a refund, but I will not be buying this model again. Insect-O-Cutor are the best and safest brand in the marketplace, but this model is a dud!

Attracts flies with lamps ok.Electrical grid fails to kill the smallest fly.Used previous models which work well.Not buying anymore.
