Even at max tention it's pretty weak wish they had heavier springs to upgrade with, also 1 of them jams up a little bit which is annoying. Had several different types this one is best so far even with the flaws.

I've been using this for about a year now and it has been a great help in building finger strength, endurance, and independence when playing cello. The multiple sets of springs will come in handy when tailoring the resistance to your hand's specific qualities. For example, i use the harder red springs for my first three fingers and the lighter green spring for my pinky at first. I find the fine adjustment screws to not be sensitive enough to matter much unless you increase it by quarters. The key to your success with this tool will be how you use it. If you focus on individual finger movement and failure sets with good form then you will see improvements in your playing.
