XTAR D26 2500 Dive Light. This torch comes in a plastic storage case with 2 replaceable battery cells and charger. I like this because the torch can have batteries rotated if needed and can last beyond the life of batteries. The function is sound though I did find the rotating "lock" knob a little fiddly. On/Off is crisp in function. The instructions for timing of button presses for functions don't seem to align with the way the torch works. Not a big detail but something to be aware of. The illumination is bright and focussed to a quite narrow beam with no adjustable beam width. This reminds me of the watchman's torches I used to use - just not as long and heavy for usage as a club. I have not had opportunity to test the torch submersed and at depth, so cannot speak to the advertised water proof standards.

Awesome dive light! Very big but I’m used to the wurrkos DL70 and it’s the same size maybe slightly lighter. Brightness is great! I run it in the second lowest settings and it’s more than enough. Cuts through murky water very well 100% satisfied definitely recommend!

I use this for Blackwater diving. Love the narrow beam and brightness. The battery lasts two dives.

Flooded and dead in 10 months despite lubricating o'rings each trip. only 2 o'rings not capable of use at 80 feet, maybe good for shallow water??
