Derby Laces ORIGIN Solid Black Wide 10mm Hockey Style Waxed Lace for Skates, Roller Derby, Work Boots, and Hiking

Bought these to replace worn laces on some Five Ten Freerider Pro MTB shoes. Much better quality than the original ones and are lightly waxed so they will not come untied. I tried multiple other pairs of laces on Amazon and these were by far the best!

I rarely give anything ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, but these laces are great. They're very well made. I got them to replace the ones on my new skates, because I didn't like the color they came with. These would be perfect for ice skates or inline skates. I will definitely buy this brand from now on.

Heck ya the best laces ever, seriously!!! I played hockey for most my life, and got a set a roller blades with the worst laces imaginable. Bought these, it did take a little long to receive them which was unfortunate, but so glad I did, its a one tug and stays tight dont even need to hold the X down excellent 5 star quality

Excellent laces

I gave it four stars because they are still new but so far on the plus side they have a wax coating which makes them strong. They will last for years & will not com untied while skating. These are not made for roller skates but they are much more durable than the cotton laces normally used. The cotton laces unravel after a while & with motion much easier to become united. I liked them much better than I thought I would. Great value!

I bought these for my Doc Marten boots. They take the 83" Dr Marten laces which are hard to find around here if you don't live near one of their stores. Our local chain sports store doesn't stock this length, a few of the shoe stores do have this length but they're the thin, round laces and not sturdy enough to pull tight, and the one outdoor store nearby that does sell them has limited styles and stock. When these popped up on my Amazon search I started reading the reviews from buyers that are hardcore using and abusing these laces (as they're meant to be used and abused) and are very happy with the quality. Was more than happy to try them at this price and with Prime shipping. I ordered two basic black sets for now to use in both pair of my Docs (Triump 1914s and Aimilitas.) Love that there are so many color options and I know they'll last.

Durable flat waxed and stay tied on quad skates

I really really like these laces. Getting back on my quads after 6 years off and new laces was part of my skate rehab process. Got a few other brands and these are by far my favorite in both looks and stiffness. They have just enough stick to not want to unlace on their own or untighten with extended skate wear. So far they have been a dream. They are a bit thick, but they look excellent in my old 265s.

I bought these because I wanted black, WAXED, derby laces. I definitely got black laces but, contrary to what this listing says, they are not waxed… and therefore, way overpriced.
