Well, this is probably one of the best tools I've ever had. It is very sturdy and strong at full length. Used it to clean some leaves out of 20 foot high gutters using the gutter tool. Hasn't rained in a while so I'm not sure if it did the trick of unclogging the gutter but I think it did. I've bought a scrub brush to use to clean mold of of the gutters and to clean some of the siding. I could also use it to clear some branches off of the lower roof. Now I would like to see a saw attachment as it goes a lot higher then my pole saw. Pretty sure I can use an old paint roller to knock down some dead limbs . Also bought an attachment to clean windows.

I use this daily for work. I use it as a camera extension pole for home inspections. It's solid and reliable, but when lowering it, it nights my finger at least a couple times a week so be careful. I mean, removes chunks of skin, it's painful. I feel like they could filler the edges above and bellow the pole locks and it would prevent this.

When painting our bathroom, we were using an old wooden handle. This one is so much more comfortable with the soft handles. It is able to reach the highest spots but also collapse down to be manageable at lower levels. This is a great value and can have many different attachments to be a versatile tool.

I bought this to use with a device for getting leaves out of my gutter on my roof at 20 ft up . It functioned perfectly. it is light weight - perfect for an over 60 user- and will have applications around the house such as cleaning second story windows, getting webs out of the high corners of the house etc. I am not sure if it has enough control to paint with a roller at that length but i am going to try! others mentioned that the clips for securing it at full extension were loose or broke. mine did not do either , however, the clips are plastic and I think they should be used with some care for best results and long life of the device.

Just took delivery of the product and upon opening the package one of its extension plastic joints turned out to be broken! requested for replacement. Hopefully the replacement should be ok... figures crossed! Update : received the replacement today and it was just fine. Nothing cracked or broken.
