Absolute game-changer in the red paper-wasp versus human "war of the worlds!"
I have three beautiful, deep-East Texas Forest Cats-- literally -- they did come out of the forest from behind our house. They aren't any type of domestic feral that I've ever encountered. They top out at about 20 lbs each and they look like Scottish Wildcats. And since they came from the wild, they still like to sit on our porch and observe the forest from whence they came. They are of the indoor/outdoor variety of now domesticated and neutered feline. And this requires that I NOT use any type of wasp spray that contains any form of permethrin, or pyrethroid-type, which is DEADLY toxic to cats-- EVER!! And look at the main ingredient in wasp-sprays.Also, of course, our Texas red paper-wasps love our porch, as well. Thus the non-toxic war of the worlds began; and one or two or three bullet-like stings later, this hapless human would always retreat back into the house. But now I am ARMED-- filled with a mixture of "cedar" oil (actually West Texas juniper species) and a clove and peppermint mixture in this amazing little sprayer, and I haven't been stung since. Not one sting. And on me, wasp stings swell to double and last for about fourteen days. I'm going to look into other types of Solo sprayers. This changes the world of sprayers for me completely.Oh and to fulfill the little check list below: it's made of sturdy plastic with a seal that holds up to essential-oil dilutes. It required no real assembly-- and it's easy to fill. It has a strong defensive spray and was worth every penny I spent. At least for this particular now triumphant wasp-warrior.

Great little sprayer.
The happy reviewers are spot on. Great little sprayer.Pumps easily. Works for a reasonable-to-me time before needing more pumping. The cup could be a tad larger for adjusting the spray width (large fingered folk may need pliers) but works well to minimize drips. Holds enough for a reasonable sized job.I bought a house with a moldy basement. We stripped it back to concrete and studs, powerwashed it with water then with MicroBan. Everything was great. Then I realized we had a few more spots to uncover - ripped out the HVAC runs and grotty rim joist insulation (will be replaced!) and found more moldy treats and mouse poo. Tried powerwashing again but concrete got overwhelmed with wetness. Also couldn't powerwash the attic...Found the Solo 2 liter sprayer with mediumish extension arm and it's just right. I can MicroBan the heck out of my joists and rafters without flooding the place. It's not as fun as a powerwasher, sure. But it sprays up, down, and sideways. It delivers good coverage. I can spray isopropyl instead of water to discourage sogginess. It does want to topple over if it's set down nearly empty, so we toss it in a bucket. My contractors do not take any special care with it and it's still working fine. (I do bleed the air out after use. I don't know if they do.)The size is quite manageable for me - anyone who thinks of themselves as "aspiring to be fit" or better should be fine. If not, get the 1 liter or just don't fill it full. It's easy enough to pump that I can just grab it for touch ups after bleeding the air out for the night and I'm usually too lazy to do something like that.Recommend without reservation.

Excellent product
I can't say I "love it" but I can say it's an excellent product, at an excellent price and it performs flawlessly.I purchased this hand sprayer to do single plant sprays for spider mites. I use essential oils (Rosemary Oil) which are very expensive and need to be carefully measured and only as much as is needed, used. Otherwise, the use of essential oils go from "very expensive" to "prohibitively expensive."I mix up product to be used, a liter at at time. This sprayer will hold two liters. The operation is very easy. Put the chemical in the container, add water and a drop or two of dish soap as a spreader, pressurize the sprayer and use. The extendable wand (variable length) works very well and allows the inside branches and undersides of leaves to be easily reached and treated. This is the type of sprayer that can be used indoors to treat houseplants and will easily handle organic products like essential oils or regular pesticides. After thirty plus years, I retired from the pest control industry and based on this experience would feel comfortable using this sprayer in a customer's home or recommend this sprayer be used by an organic farmer or home owner in need of a small sprayer to treat their plants with.Overall, this is a well made, well priced, handheld sprayer made by Solo, a company who's products I have decades of experience with and I feel comfortable giving high marks and a hardy recommendation for.Hope the above helps.

Good product with terrible "instructions"
I put instructions in quotation marks above because I'm not even really sure you can call them that. They look more like an engineering diagram with no narrative explanation of anything. It's absolutely terrible. But the product does what it's supposed to do - spray stuff. The build quality appears high (metal telescoping wand, thick, high quality plastics). The spray pattern is adjustable and it holds a decent amount of liquid, yet is easy to operate with one hand.I gave this product 4 starts instead of 5 mostly because of the instructions, or lack thereof. Two more caveats (other than the instructions) and another part of the reason I gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5 is that the trigger button does not have a way to lock it in the "off" position that I can tell. You can lock it "on," but that doesn't really do you any good when you throw it in a box with other things and keep accidentally hitting the trigger and spraying stuff all over the place. Also, there doesn't appear to be a way to attach the nozzle directly to the base unit (i.e. without using any part of the wand). This is really annoying if you just want to use the sprayer at close range and don't want the want attached. Especially because the want, even when not fully extended, seems to make the unit topple over. These two minor complaints may be resolvable, but I'd never know, since the instructions are so terrible. All in all though, a quality product which does what it's supposed to.

Well Designed, Effective, Adjustable Sprayer
I purchased this for use on my flowers and garden. I have a couple of 2 gallon pump sprayers, but this is a nice size for quick, smaller mixes of things like Neem Oil or other products I need through the season. I've only used it a few times but it works very well.I really like the long wand for getting to the bottom of low plants and the underside of the leaves, where many pests and fungus begin. I'm able to reach in to the middle of my roses and tomato plants to spray effectively without overuse of the product. It was set on "mist" spray when I received it and it actually worked great so I didn't change that, and the little, tilting cup kept the spray towards the area I wanted. It was so easy to change to spray the underside of the leaves! Begone, you nasty, little tomato worms! The two liter size is perfect for me, easy to carry and holds a good amount for my needs. I like the slide-locking spray button and it's really easy to pump.I highly recommend this little sprayer on first impression but will update if anything changes.

Nice stout lil sprayer - Taiwan Quality
This is just an initial impressions review, but I will come back and update if mine detonates like some other reviewers.Seems like a well built sprayer and I like that it's made in Taiwan, not china. I only plan on using it indoors with water and maybe a little miracle grow, so hopefully I can avoid any degradation of the plastic and get several years out of it. But I imagine that leaving it outdoors would lead to significant UV damage over time and make the plastic brittle and prone to cracking. Certain biocides might do this too, but I don't know. The design seems well thought out and it has a good balance in your hand at any fill level. And the extendable wand is really nice - just remember that retracting it will shoot out any water left in the tube.If I could change anything to the design I'd make the screw top a two piece setup with a separate collar that tightens (like a handheld zep sprayer) and maybe make the pump plunger stainless. But at this price (~$22) it's a great value and I might buy another.

All around really good hand sprayer.
This is a really well designed device. The nozzle allows me to reach into dense branched hedges infested with bugs and spray the the sides, tops and bottoms of the leaves - everything. The pump works well, and the air doesn't leak out like similar sprayers I've had in the past. I can put enough pressure in he container to spray continuously for several minutes. It's also light enough to hold for several minutes without fatigue. The nozzle is also quite nice -when adjusted properly it "atomizes" the spray so I get a nice even mist covering the plants I'm spraying. And I can swivel it to point any angle - up, down sideways, straight ahead - to hit all parts of my plants. I was worried the telescoping wand might leak; but no - it's all just very well made. Highly recommended.

Short life expectancy.
Absolutely loved this sprayer when it arrived. But within a couple of weeks the spay nozzle seemed clogged up. Flown was restricted Then it quit pumping up. Now it doesn’t work at all. So disappointed. Wouldn’t buy it again.

Best hand sprayer I have found after trying many over the years.

Well made and works well!

Easy to setup and use
I was comparing this one with other cheaper options from Bunnings, but this one was a perfect size and some reviews are not too bad, so, I decided to try. It is not super fine mist type of spray, but I am pretty happy for what it does, and I hope it stays as it is when I need to use it for the second time. Will see.
