This red chile powder was delicious and spicy.

Taste like New Mexico
If you grew up in New Mexico then you know what I mean, this is the real deal. The only negative is that I wouldn't classify as Extra Hot, more Medium Hot to Hot but nonetheless it has a great flavor, Bueno is one of the big names in chile in New Mexico so you can't go wrong.

When I lived in NM I would use this companies chili products and never had a any of their products that were bad. Would recommend them to friends and family.

I miss NM, and making real NM low carb red chili sauce to mix with eggs, cheddar cheese, and sour cream is the greatest thing EVER!

Bueno is the best
NM native so having this on hand is a must. I always have a hard time finding this in Scottsdale, AZ so I’m very happy I was able to have it shipped.

Not that hot
I've used products from this company for years. I've gotten from supermarkets in New Mexico. I saw them on Amazon and decided to try the Extra Hot Red Chile powder. It was a disappointment, it does not have the heat as the previous powders. I mad a batch of chili and put the amount I usually put in and there was no heat. Add more until I had put 1/2 cup in. I could get some heat but not enough. If I had put this amount of the old power I could not have eaten the chili.
