Is this refrigerated during transport? I think it's supposed to be stored at 5° before opening?

I would imagine that it is refrigerated before the courier collects it. It should be chilled once you receive it and it still tastes delicious when you come to consume it.

Quite Nice - Used on top of cheese on biscuits

I recently visited Norway and the family I stayed with used a similar cod roe paste (Mills Kaviar) which is smoked cod roe Unfortunately the Mills is very expensive in the UK so thought I’d try this one instead from Amazon It’s quite nice and will buy again but I do prefer the Mills one
