This was best addition to my gym equipment inventory. I just started sled Pulls & Drags but needed a system that was easy to set up, take down, durable and good quality. With the use of extra carabiners I’m able to change over from Pulls to Drags in seconds. What a great workout for upper and lower back using the hand grips and pulling the sled in different overhead positions.

Great item. Quality is very good, and it's sewn well. For the price this is excellent. The straps may be a little long for some. I just use one with a carabiner in the middle. Halves the distance and there's no way I would ever break it. This is certainly worth the cost, and I have no problem recommending it.

Works well, but didn’t come with instructions. The waist didn’t get quite small enough for some of our female athletes, but they were able to make it work.

Amazing setup, very strong material and easy to use.

I have been using this to pull a weighted sled to help my knees, and I LOVE IT SO MUCH!! If you have bad knees, do not pass go, ORDER this today, and then go find "Knees Over Toes Guy" on YouTube and/or social media for the how-to. I am morbidly obese (was 330, down now to 300), and this waist belt fits me with room to spare, but is absolutely adjustable and will fit a MUCH smaller person. I love it because it stays in place while I push a weighted sled across the room (I just loop the straps and hold them with the pushing bars), then I lean back into the belt and pull the sled back again. The pull not only strengthens all the stabilizing muscles in the knee, but it just feels sooooo good on my back and lumbar spine.

I am a taller guy so needed a tether for my pulling sled at my home gym. This is a very sturdy tether very well built been using now for a few months no issues

This is the best one for the following reasons: - no plastic clips. It works like helmet strap. Just a simple tug to tighten it. Just flip the metal loop to loosen. Super simple and secure. - you never have to undo the strap since it gets big enough just slip on - throw away the long, ridiculous straps. Get one or two Daisy Loop Chain(s) and some wire gate carabiners. You'll be set up and clipped onto the sled in seconds. Switching to the other side of the sled to go back takes seconds. All the girls at the gym will think you're cool and will want you.

I bought this one as I didn't want to get some el cheapo products but I am very disappointed with the quality of this as it’s no better than something you get for less than $20. It’s going to be returned.

This belt has it all. Excellent quality, it is really well made. It has everything for you to pull a sled. I’ve been using this for a few months and the belt and straps still look brand new

The pulling straps are crazy long... far far too long & the strap around the waist doesn't seem secure (no insturctions provided & tried it in multiple ways & can't get the waists strap to fit securely
