Quite strong. it will snap up a pinch if you aren't careful. Using both magnetic sheets will not make the magnetic holding force stronger, it will make it weaker.

Does the anycubic photon m3 plus need a spacer?

If you are using a magnetic build plate you need a spacer the size of the additional dimensions of the nagnet and plate

will it work with the Elegoo Saturn S ?

As long as it is the correct size for the build plate, I have the mars 2 pro, I am not sure if the Saturn s plate is the same size, may have to compare them on elegoo site.
