These are excellent. They cost a dollar or two more, but are well worth it since they are refined to have a higher quality and dose of EPA/DHA in just one pill. They are pretty big capsules, but they're coated to make them easier to digest and swallow. I have a sensitive stomach, and these never make my stomach hurt or cause gross fishy burps like lower-quality fish oil pills sometimes do.

This Now Ultra Omega 3 supplement is a great option for those looking for an easy, reasonable sized, and easy to swallow fish oil supplement, without the harsh flavor. Fast acting. I noticed less inflammation and joint pain pretty quickly (few weeks). I take this Omega 3 daily with a separate CoQ10 supplement, beets (before exercising) and a multivitamin. It’s not for energy or your mood, it’s for the CoQ10 levels we lose as we age. As comparison, I read that most combined CoQ10/Omega 3 supplements don’t work and I can state the several different versions I’ve tried left me taking pain pills for soreness. I now take less pain pills due to less inflammation. I recommend this Omega 3 supplement. I must admit the size of the pill takes plenty of water to down it, but for the benefits, I’ll accept it.

This is my favorite omega-3 supplement. With other products, I always hated the strong fishy/oily smell that would come back up after taking them. But with this product, the capsules dissolve in the intestines, so there is absolutely no unpleasant smell or aftertaste. If you’re sensitive to smells, this is an excellent product.

I have tried other brands of pills to help boost my omega intake to help with cholesterol numbers and other benefits like eye health. With some it was a drag taking three pills and with others I could not take the full dose because of stomach upset. This is a winner for me. I got improved cholesterol numbers the last time I had blood work done from one pill per day and no stomach issues. If your stomach is sensitive to these pills like mine be sure and get the enteric coated. NOW has other types with a better price but they use a different coating and I don't think they are enteric coated.

I just started taking these but right off, theses are the first fish oil capsulesthat I have taken that do not cause fishy burps. I don’t notice anything at all, which is great! The capsules are pretty big, but it doesn’t bother me taking them. I would highly recommend!

This product has been a very pleasant surprise! It's quite nice to use and I've seen truly impressive results. That said, please remember that individual experiences can vary, so it's always best to consult with your doctor before incorporating it into your routine.

Deducting one star for irresponsible packaging even after the product is amazon fulfilled one. About the product- You receive a genuine NowFoods Ultra Omega- 3 which has been manufactured in the USA. The gelatin is soft and can be easily gulped down. No fishy burps or little to no fishy after-taste. Omega 3 has has been marketed to improve many internal bodily functions and let’s hope it delivers that. I am reviewing this after using only the first capsule. Will update if anything otherwise happens. I believe other sub standard Omega-3 supplements of Indian origin are not upto the mark and you must go for international brands on this one. Most of the supplements of our country are sub standard anyways.
