I bought these vitamins years ago starting with home shopping club and after finding out that the majority of the vitamins at your grocery stores and your pharmacies are not actually made in the United States they're labeled here but not made here, many are made in China and other countries the quality in them are very questionable. I recommend Andrew lessman's they work really well my husband notices that he feels better with them and they seem to do what they're supposed to do especially during covid and flu season we noticed a difference we definitely recommend his vitamins. They're a little more expensive not too bad but you're definitely getting quality and they're made here in the United States and they truly are the best of ingredients!!

Pretty good quality its not too irritating on a empty stomach i do feel a bit more energy using the supplement compared to alot of other b-complex supplements. I would suggest it for people not having luck with other b-vitamins!
