Just put these on. Slide blocked by safety latch not disengaging fully. Had to file (Notch) the top right side where the safety latch is located. It took less the 2-3 minutes to do this. For that I took off one star. Handles are good quality and are a little smaller than the original handles. (read that Narrower) They actually have a better feel IMHO. I don't have gorilla mitts and prefer a smaller grip for safety comfort and ease of use. These look great on a Rock Island 45 ACP M1911 A1 - FS

For the cost, these are great. If you want to save weight on a heavy pistol, these should do that for you. They have a burnt finish and will purposely look worn as you use them. They are relatively smooth and lack the VZ thumb groove. Which is the thing I didn't like about the originals. They could be wider and a little thicker, but thats preference.

Great quality product .Excellent fit and finish. Great detail on the grips and the image on the grips ! I will definitely be purchasing more grips !

Fit is tight, gives my 1911a much thinner profile than the G 10 grips. Punisher logo is well done and the wood material is very comfortable. Highly recommend this company.

Montées sur mon 1911 45 ACP (un vrai) avec au préalable un petit coup de peinture en rouge, ça ne ressort pas vraiment au niveau de la tête de mort qui aurait dû être plus saillante. Après c'est en rapport avec le prix.
