We needed some magnets that definitely stuck to steel through a couple of layers of polythene insulation. The added problem was that there was only a narrow gap for us to put the magnets on. After careful use of two layers of aluminium tape for each of the 16 magnets in this pack, our problem was resolved. Unlike so many magnets we have used in the past which can be brittle if dropped, these are smooth on all sides, so don't look as if they will flake when coming sharply into contact with other magnetic items; I think they will be solid enough to last. They are a perfect size for what we need, and we will probably be ordering more, as they seem a bargain! (Basically, the insulated windscreen cover was not as snug a fit as we wanted, and it let in too much light. Careful placing of these around the edges quickly sorted it.) They are small enough so as not to get stuck on every steel item nearby, but still work extremely well.

If you just want an average magnet, then don’t buy these. They are so strong you have a hell of a time trying to separate them as they come in two stacks not only are they stuck on top of another but the two stacks stick together side by side. The magnets I received are so strong I had to try and part them with a blade and when I did get them apart, if there close to any others they snap back together often nipping my fingers. These are very strong magnets and do what they say on the tin and then some.

I found these too strong and could not separate them, therefore returned them.

Great item. I use them to hold workpieces in place on my honeycombe laser bed. Beware..They are incredibly strong so don't catch your fingers when they grab together! Good value for money and well packaged.

These are just as described - strong magnets - and you need to be careful when seperating them. They come with thin foam between each one, but when removing them from the packaging they can clash against each other. Two of mine sparked and one broke when they came together too forcefully.

Very Good Magnets but brittle. Be very careful when handling sudden impacts they will fracture. A plastic coating to prevent them shattering advised but I guess this would influence price.

Very strong-using to close sliding wardrobe doors. Are perfect for the job!!

TL;DR: Sehr starke Neodym-Magnete mit hoher Haltekraft. Alle Magnete kamen unbeschädigt an, der vormontierte Klebestreifen hält gut. Für den Preis ein wirklich gutes Set – für meine Anwendung fast schon stärker als nötig. Ich habe die Magnete für ein 3D-Druck-Projekt gekauft. In meine gedruckten Bauteile habe ich passende Aussparungen konstruiert, in die die Magnete eingesetzt bzw. eingeklebt werden. Die angegebenen Maße von 60 × 10 × 3 mm stimmen und passen sehr gut für solche Anwendungen. Positiv aufgefallen ist mir direkt beim Auspacken, dass alle 16 Magnete unbeschädigt angekommen sind. Bei Neodym-Magneten habe ich schon häufiger erlebt, dass einzelne beim Transport brechen oder kleine Absplitterungen haben, da das Material relativ spröde ist. In diesem Set war jedoch alles sauber verarbeitet und vollständig. Die Magnetkraft ist wirklich beeindruckend. Die Magnete ziehen sich sehr stark an und lassen sich nur mit etwas Kraft wieder voneinander lösen. Für meine Anwendung sind sie fast schon stärker als notwendig, aber das ist natürlich eher ein Vorteil – lieber zu stark als zu schwach. Praktisch ist auch der bereits aufgebrachte doppelseitige Klebestreifen. Dadurch lassen sich die Magnete schnell und unkompliziert fixieren, ohne sofort zusätzlichen Kleber verwenden zu müssen. In Kombination mit passgenauen Aussparungen im 3D-Druckteil funktioniert das sehr gut. Insgesamt bin ich von dem Set positiv überrascht. Für den Preis bekommt man sehr starke Neodym-Magnete, sauber verarbeitet und mit einem praktischen Klebestreifen. Für Bastelprojekte, 3D-Druck-Anwendungen oder allgemeine Befestigungen meiner Meinung nach eine klare Empfehlung.

Magneterna överträffa min förväntan. Dock är dubbelhäftande tejpen som egentligen är bra, lite för klen för magneterna om man har något med tjockare metal mot magneterna så det blir kraftig brytning. Jag köpte dock Magneterna för magneterna och inte tejpen så jag är nöjd. :)
