Great product for quality sleep!!

Loved it
I gave this to my mom since she was wanting a better magnesium supplement. She sleeps better, doesn't have as many muscle cramps as she used to, and heart palpitations are under control! Highly recommend!

Works great fro me.
Been fighting insomnia since major hip repair. My ortho surgeon recommended this as she has sleep issues as well. I never expected results like this, but on night one, after taking this after supper, I've had nothing but nights of solid sleep. If you purchase this, I sincerely hope you have the same experience I did & can go back to sleeping at night

Magnesium Glycinate
I bought this supplement because I heard it was more absorbable than the other kinds of magnesium. I take 1 capsule a day and can feel the difference right away. This one is a must buy!
