The real reviwe of this product
Worst product ever bought on amazon. Very disappointed with this purchase. I bought this Hikvision 16-channel CCTV system from Amazon, and within a short period of usage, the power supply units started sparking and emitting a burning smell, which is a serious safety concern. What’s worse is the complete lack of proper support. When I contacted Hikvision, they refused to provide warranty service stating that the seller is not an authorized distributor. The seller, on the other hand, has not provided any proper resolution so far. So basically, you end up with: - A faulty product - Safety risk due to electrical issues - No proper warranty support This is unacceptable for a security system that is supposed to be reliable. I strongly advise buyers to: - Verify the seller is authorized before purchasing - Avoid this seller if you expect proper after-sales support Overall, this has been a very bad experience and not worth the investment.
