Halloween must have!
Great product. We used this on our Halloween graveyard outside. Webs look extremely real. I was able to do the entire yard with the pound of sticks I received in the package. Takes a little finesse at first, but once you get on the groove, you will be impressed! Works best on props, really makes them look like they have been sitting for years!

Pretty good
Used this for our haunted Halloween party. Webs come out very realistic. Will sometimes glob up on the nozzle, but it's a glue gun... it happens. Easy fix. Just hide your toes. The glue stick glows in blacklights, which gave it an extra cool effect, since we used in an area full of blacklights. I wish it would have been easier to shoot out more webbing at once. Took a while to get the effect I wanted. Pictures didn't come out good, so I didn't add one. Will be using it again next year for sure.

I really wanted to like this
I REALLY wanted to like this. I wanted to make 'realistic' looking webbing for my Halloween display this year. The concept is fantastic, but the execution, at least for me, was not ideal. I followed the instructions and let the gun heat up for at least 10 minutes before starting. I fired up my compressor and connected it then put in the glue. With great anticipation I turned on the air and squeezed the trigger. A massive glob of glue dripped out then got propelled against the side of my house. OK - maybe it's just technique. I spent the next several hours and half a dozen glue sticks trying to get a fine filament of spider webbing and when I finally succeeded, I realized it would take me at least an hour to get the same kind of spider web effect that I could achieve in about 5 minutes with the grocery store ' stretch web'. To be fair, my compressor was likely not up to the task as it is a small pancake compressor. Perhaps a larger, more powerful compressor would help, but the trick is to rapidly squeeze and release the trigger with JUST ENOUGH pressure to maintain a stream of glue but even then the stream was so thin it was difficult to see against my house or plants that it needed dozens of passes to build up. This will likely be perfect for an added touch of realism or for a small area but if you are looking to webcast the front of your house it will not work.

Makes Halloween Decor Over the Top
This product meet and exceeded my expectations. The only complaints I have are using on a slightly breeze day causes the glue to flip up or around before the air from the gun can blow it. I know this seems like a common sense issue, but this is more sensitive than a typical glue gun. The directions say not to exceed 90 psi on the gun. I found between 55 and 60 psi to be the best pressure for the web. I suggest the best techniques are just trial and error. I found it worked for me to shoot at a side angle first them start to work around to get my desired web effect. It will take any regular or standard size glue sticks including black and glow in the dark.

Throws the glue in the wrong direction
I used a product like this about 20 years ago for a theme park Halloween event. The thing worked so well I decided to buy one for Halloween this year to do a haunted house for work. Unfortunately the way it is designed all the hot glue is blowing up and it flips back onto the glue gun. This leads to the hot glue sitting hot melting and dropping in big hot puddles onto the floor. Most of the glue ends up on the gun not making any webs.i was very disappointed. If this was not tested and having glue all over it I would return it along with all the extra glue sticks I bought. I thought this would be pretty epic.

Doesn't do what most people may think it does...
They advertise this product to make you think that you are going to be able to line your walls with spider webs, but this gun is practically useless. The only real world use I can think of is if you are in the filming industry and you are looking for realistic looking web for a specific shot around some candles or the back dowels of a chair or something... this may be a good product for you, but if you think that you are going to be able to decorate an entire hallway or your front porch with this thing and get any type of full volume out of it (meaning thick webbing)... you are mistaken. Don't waste your money. It doesn't act like that. It shoots very thin singular webs from a glorified glue stick, and you have to work in one small area at a time. This isn't what the everyday home owner is thinking. On another note... it takes practice to even learn how to get it to operate properly not to mention that the air nozzle (in my opinion) isn't even pointing in the proper direction. The air shoots straight out and the glue needs to drip down to the air stream for it to work. If the nozzle was pointed up just slightly it works better, but the results are still poor. Not worth the money IMO unless you are looking to setup a shot for filming...
