Very beneficial in general health
Great product. Pumpkin seed oil is an amazing source of essential fatty acids, including omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Also rich in vitamins A, E, and K, as well as minerals such as zinc and magnesium. Pumpkin seed oil also contains compounds that possess anti-inflammatory properties.

Incredible!
Has a subtle toasty, almost smoky flavor note that is out of this world. This stuff is legendary in the former Austro-Hungarian empire. It's Incredible in house made waffles or pancakes, stellar for vinaigrette when combined with a nice cider vinegar. The color is fascinating, as it changes depending on its thickness, a property called dichromatism. Do note that this is an oil you only use cold - it's loaded with anti-oxidants, but you'll loose those properties if its heated, and it attains a nasty bitter taste profile as well. Try a bit drizzled on homemade vanilla ice cream - That's a dessert treat from Croatia that's a serious winner!
