This has been one of the worst purchases ever. It arrived with water lines not attached flooding the floor. No service tech in area. They funded have price and was able to attach line myself. Poor manufacturing. Now the compressor is shot after 1 year and again no service in area and they will no longer respond. Stay away from this company.

I ordered this cooler for my store. I did my research on several models and their pricing and this one seem to be a nice size I needed and the temp margin is great also for this unit. If I am every in need for another cooler of this size I will probably will purchase another one like this. I read several reviews, but all I can say is my cooler was not damaged in any type way during shipping , I and I don't expect to have to call tech support or customer service about this purchase.

Product came damaged out of the box.

This fridge came to us damaged. We called customer service as well emailed them photos with a detailed description of the parts we require to repair the fridge and have received no parts nor a responding email. I left a telephone message for manufacturer to resolve the issue and nothing. I guess next step is to return the fridge BUT I will not be ordering another one. Obviously Premium La Vella does NOT stand behind the products they sell. Not a happy consumer
