Bought these specifically as they are advertised as Stainless Steel .... "IRWIN Vise-Grip Long Nose Pliers with Wire Cutter, 8", 2078218, Blue, Stainless, Yellow" I like to keep tools clean so gave them a rinse and wipe down after the 1st job and then left them to air dry. This morning - rust !! Forgive me but I do believe stainless steel does not rust
