Warm a bit of oil in small, non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the JUST Egg and scramble like an egg: Use a stiff spatula to stir occasionally, while still letting the JUST Egg heat evenly and set. Once all the liquid is cooked through, remove from the heat. Serve immediately. Note: You can typically use JUST Egg in your favorite egg recipes in a 1:1 substitution. Use about 3 tablespoons of liquid per egg. Safe Handling Instructions: Keep refrigerated. Best if opened by the sell-date that’s listed on the package.  Once opened consume within 7 days. Shake well.
