I received it new and sleek product.. it was difficult at first to learn how to lock and unlock the pieces but eventually I got it .. it does what it promises to do and aesthetically nice

Came with British electrical plug
The hand blender is great delivery was greatMajor problem it came with a British plug and i ordered from Australia amazonDidnt expect the British plug and would now have just bought locally rather than through amazon as either changing the plug or buying an adapter ia going to cost me more

Sturdy product - well made
A quality piece of kit well worth the premium over supermarket equivalents. Sits nicely in the hand and is an absolute doddle to clean. Colour range a tad limited but I guess that's just personal choice. Our oldest Kitchen Aid mixer ( one of a pair) is now over fifteen years old and I have every confidence that this hand blender will last as long. Quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten. Mainly used for whizzing up soups but unhesitatingly recommended for all sorts of culinary tasks

Great blender
Only issue is the whisk attachment, i needed replace after few use. But all remaining parts works perfectly.
