Will snow stick to the dome of this camera?

Snow sticking has not been a problem. We've had snow but it doesn't seem to stick or slides off as soon as the sun hits it.

Does this come with a pole mount?

Good afternoon; it does not come with a pole mount. Mounting and power accessories are all separately. You can use the AXIS T91L61 Wall-and-Pole Mount or AXIS T91B57 Pole Mount (bracket only).
