The shake is good in taste and keeps really full for 2 to 3 hours. You cannot totally depend on it for weight loss. Quality overall is good. Suitable to be taken at any time of the day. I love the chocolate flavour. Will definitely order again. Highly recommended for purchase.

It's an average product. I am hungry just after 2 hrs of consuming this. I have tried other meal replacements before but this one is the worst among them.

Not at all worthy to buy!!
It has nothing to keep us stomach full.Fine powder item stuff i dnt know what it contains. At least it wont makes u thick shake. Taking plain milk is much better for 300ml of milk we get 9grms protein. I would suggest not to buy.
