Can it seal and keep picc line dry? i bought another brand but not very well.

Can I slip an ACL brace through this and keep it tight over my thigh?

I’m not sure how big an ACL brace is but I had a knee replaced and the bandage and such fit in it nicely and kept everything dry. The band that grips your thigh is pretty flexible yet grips the thigh very well. I’d highly recommend this product.

It says upper arm circumference is 6.3" in one place , but then it says 9.5" in another place? Which one is it?
