Fantastic! Very versatile
I originally got this to use in smoothies. But then had the amazing idea to use it in a banoffee pie. My husband doesn’t like chunks of bananas, so I used this in the bream topping, and my gosh, it was stunning. Value for money ✅ texture✅ smell✅

Best taste!
Honestly best banana powder for taste and texture, I tried others and they were flavourless in comparison. Only thing is it hardens quick so your best to use it all and make something in bulk to prevent this. I did reseal it and put it in another resealable bag but still went hard. Now I know, I just use it all up and freeze leftovers. Very pleased over all.

Good alternative to sugar
I ordered this as an alternative to sugar in baking recipes. It works great, gives a slight banana taste to my muffins, slight sweetness from the bananas. A great way to continue to enjoy baked goods

I used this powder to make these Banana and poppyseed cookies from 100 Cookies by Sarah Kieffer and they were really delicious, the banana flavour comes through very well and isn't overpowering or synthetic.
