Will these work for 6.75”?

Not sure but most of the time the speaker basket remains the same from a 6.5 to a 6.75

Will this benefit component speakers?

They keep water off of the speaker in the event of rain or a car wash. If you’re sure that no water will ever get on them, then don’t bother. Otherwise, they’re cheap insurance.

Will this help with harshness and shrill treble ?

It will help give resonance to your speakers. Maybe look at adjusting your equalizer and cutting some highs out. I have these on all four of my 6.5” mid components and they’re fantastic..

Do you make this for 6.5” speakers?

I’m using them on JBL GTO630s, which are 6.5”.
