I am taken Strontium for osteoporosis. This is a natural supplement that is much better that any prescribed medication. You have to take 2:1 calcium: strontium and take your calcium several hours apart of strontium .I have taken this for 4 months . I noticed that a pain I had in my gums disappear totally . It is very good for dental problems too .Also less pain in my bones .
