Improved bench
This MANUEKLEAR Bench Press Band has been a great addition to my bench setup. It adds a different level of resistance throughout the movement and really makes you work through the lockout. The sling design feels secure, and the band is easy to set up and use. I also like that it doesn’t take up much space and can be used with a standard bench setup. The quality feels solid, and it’s a great tool for anyone looking to add more resistance or variation to their bench training. Definitely worth having if you’re serious about improving your bench press

Happy with this product. Had a pain in my shoulder when lifting and this helped to support the joint so I could get through my workout. Very happy

Worth every penny
This band is very effective when performing the pushup variations. For example, I had peeked at performing 100 pushups at 70, I've used this band 4 times and every time I have made it to 100 just by keeping an even cadence in the up down motion, the band is definitely the reason for the success. You can feel the band absorb the strain on the shoulders.

Sorri but no.
Used as described. Little awkward loops over elbows left alot to be desired. Threw my movement out of line. Only good for flat bench otherwise rides up under chin. You get what you pay for. Bought other bands with great success. Didn't really help with bench chalk it up to using the ORIGINAL . Sorri not a good sale for me. Will let it collect dust....
