I recently got the Moistenland WIFI Automatic Plant Waterer for my indoor plants, and it's been a game changer. The setup process was really simple, and linking it to the Smart Life app was hassle-free. This compatibility extends to Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Samsung SmartThing, and IFTTT for basic on/off control. But the true versatility is found in the Smart Life app, where I can tailor the watering schedules precisely, ranging from a brief second to a more extended 30-minute session, and plan several watering times throughout the day. One feature I particularly love is the watering log in the app. It keeps a record of all watering activities, planned or unplanned, ensuring I'm always in the loop about my plants' watering schedule. It's comforting to know they're being watered as intended. Plus, the low water level notification is a lifesaver, alerting me whenever the reservoir needs a refill. The waterer is also quite efficient, significantly reducing water usage compared to traditional methods, and it's energy-saving too. Just a note, it only connects to 2.4GHz WIFI, not 5G, so make sure your router settings are compatible. The app supports Android and iOS, provided they are updated to relatively recent versions. In short, the Moistenland WIFI Automatic Plant Waterer, in conjunction with the Smart Life app, is ideal for anyone looking to streamline their indoor plant care. It's made my plant maintenance much more convenient and less time-consuming.

I have three WiFi Moistenland drip systems and they are working great. When I first set one system up I had problems in that it was pumping water at less that half the rate it was supposed to be. I contacted support and they noticed (from pictures I sent them) bubbles in the output line and said that was because the filter was clogged. I don’t know if it was clogged when I received it or if it got clogged during the first run. Since my water was fresh and clean and it didn’t work right the first time I used it, I think it was a defective filter. I used one from my second new system and it worked perfectly. The support team sent me a replacement filter (and hose and drippers) at no charge. I received it in 2 days. I configured the 15 plant setup, as shown in the manual, and measured the output to each plant. With that data, I was able to determine the number of drippers/plant and the required run time. Programming with the Smart Life App was very easy. I used the “Cycle Timing” for my orchids. I set it up to water twice a week with 3 irrigation cycles of 30 seconds in 1 hour. That allowed the orchids to have time to absorb the water rather then having it just run twice a week for 90 seconds with the water just running over the roots. The thing that surprised me the most was the great support I received from the Moistenland support personnel. Although it was only by email, they were very fast in responding and addressed my problems completely. Outstanding support plus a good drip system is why I gave this 5 stars.

I actually really like this device. App is easy to use and install was easy enough. Problem is, it almost burned down my house because I used it outside. It does not say anywhere that it can be used outside, so it was my fault for doing so, but scary enough to mention. The usb port completely melted into the device when a little water got on it. Such little water that I didn’t think anything about it (it was behind plants on a covered porch). Otherwise great product.

Excellent product! Very reliable for our trip. Did not disconnect. The app is very easy to use. Paired with security camera, I can see it works well.

Had this system for less than a year and the pump itself started leaking. Does not recommend.

So far (for a few days), it works well and does what it should do. I have two complaints that caused me to subtract a star, though. When adding it to the Tuya app, the written instructions weren't quite clear which of the irrigation controllers I should add, or where to even find these. Eventually I figured out that they are listed in "Industry & Agriculture". And since it's a WiFi device, I initially tried the two WiFi irrigation controllers, but no luck. At this point, I doubted whether I had even the right category. Then I tried the Bluetooth controller ("Irrigators (BLE)"), and that one worked. It seems it uses WiFi for operation, but Bluetooth for device setup. Documentation could be clearer here. After I had it working, I tested the notification for when it is out of water. It works, but strangely it doesn't show up in the device's history list ("Irrigation record"). You can deduce it there from the abnormally short run times (it shuts down after some 10 seconds without water), and it does show up in the Tuya app's notification history (if you have notification history enabled in the OS and are not in the Tuya app at the time it happens), but these events should really be added to the device's own history list in the app. And in case this wasn't clear from the description: you need to connect it to an app to be able to program a schedule. But I was aware of this, and it's not a problem for me. Edit: The support I received when I had a problem was very good. This made it worth 5 stars.

This worked great for about a year, then it just stopped working. I only ran it for two 1 minute cycles once a week...

Easy to setup in the app And great for when you are away for a long time. Went away for a month and it wat red my plants in my case.

This waterer works very well and the app is great also .The company will do their best to answer any questions and are very responsive . Will definitely purchase from them again

Best product works with Alexa..!!!Much recommended if you are Traveling on vacation & it waters your plant to keep it alive..!!! Easy to install.Finally it can be operated from anywhere of the world & just need wifi to be connected.

The product was great when it worked, but it stopped working after 6-months. Now I have to research for something more reliable. *Update: Incredible customer service! They sent a replacement and is working perfectly!

Automatic watering pump. Works great have it in my tent for my plants. And have it set for 30 secs 2 days a week right now can adjust later when plants grow bigger.
