Is it possible to switch 24V circuits with the Shelly Pro4PM?

It needs to be powered by high voltage AC but it can switch 24VDC on any output.

Is this device able to reset a circuit breaker which has tripped from a remote location?

No because most circuit breakers have a mechanical trip and the physical switch needs to be reset to restore power. It would be possible in the case of a relay breaker that trips internally.
