I can't have dairy or some types of dairy at least (not confirmed medically) but if i have cheese or milk I'm spending the next few hours in the bathroom... This puts a lot of bulk powers and protein shakes off limits for me but this one is fine and i have zero issues. it does say it contains (milk, soy), etc so just check the ingredients. Part of the problem of why i can put on weight in the first place is food intolerances but this has helped massively. if you're trying to gain weight and you need to hit over 2000cals a day but struggle you can have a couple of these as a thick shake and get an additional 1000cals easily! be carful when you drink it though because it contains stimulants which is a bonus if you suffer from fatigue.

Feel like it's hard to find a good mass gainers that tastes good, doesn't sit heavy or give you belly ache. This is decent no belly ache tastes a little chalky however in my experience of mass gainers you can't really get away from that but this does a good job.

A decent enough product. I find that the vanilla doesnt mix the best, but that has never really bothered me. The taste is fine (sweet) on both the vanilla and banana. The shake really helps after a work out and adds mass where it should do. You can see a difference in 6 weeks using this product if you train properly. I only train 3-4 times a week, yet im seeing a difference and others are too.Ive shopped around and the price on amazon is one of the best, if not the best for this product (£55 for 4kg). It was shipped and wrapped well and the free sample of another product was a nice touch. I'll defo be using again..

This a great good quality product. I have had three tubs so far and will be ordering again soon. It is easy to drink and I am amazed at how easy it is on the digestive system. Myself and others have also noticed a difference in my body, my weight has increased and I am much more muscular. I have trained for a long time and since using jugger, I have seen the biggest jump on progress for many years.

I would give it a confident 5 stars if I liked the ice cream flavour, it was way too sweet for me personally and not tasty especially after a months worth of daily use. HOWEVER, I am still going to continue purchasing as I think its the best value powder i've found, great for bulking and protein and the amazing extra bonus is I don't need to buy creatine powder AND theres loads of it!! It's massive! Great value!!
