Garden of Life Vitamin Code RAW ONE for Women Once Daily Multivitamin

I have used several different types of daily multi vitamin over the years, everything from Centrum to Sam's Club brand, to some of the more organic type of multi's like Nature's Way Alive! and Wholefoods brand. I'm 41. I can honestly say that these are the best daily multi I have ever used. here's why: 1. These do not upset my stomach at all. The Nature's Way Alive! multi did upset my stomach. At first I thought it was my imagination as I kind of have a stomach of steel, but every time I took my daily, I would start feeling sick about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour later. This feeling would last an hour or 2, but after awhile it was enough to put me off taking them and eventually I tossed the rest of them. I was a little nervous when I ordered these because of this, but I am so happy to report that I have taken these on an empty stomach as well as a fullish stomach and have no issues at all. 2. Oh the energy!!! I don't know what is in these specifically that are making me feel so darn great, but I have been taking these for just over a week and my energy level is crazy high, and as an added bonus I have been in such a good mood (even though I had to spend the weekend doing my taxes which usually puts me in a foul mood). I will mention here that I do not have depression issues or anything like that. I am generally fairly even keeled and have a glass is half full outlook- most days anyway! As I mentioned above, I have taken many different brands of vitamins over the years and I can honestly say that I had never noticed a difference in my mood or energy levels with any other brand. If I forgot them for a day or a week, oh well. But this vitamin is actually different. I felt the difference the first day I took it and I was surprised because I was not expecting the energy and mood boost at all. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to my morning multi. In the past, I have had vitamin B shots before and that is the closest way that I can describe the way these make me feel. It is like clarity and energy. My brain is not at all foggy, even before coffee and I have been finding myself sitting and tapping, or dancing across the room, or needing to clean, rake, walk, exercise, move my body. What I'll say about that is that I am generally an indoor person, and although I don't actually hate exercise, it's not something I enjoy. Until this last week when I have so much energy that I have to move my body because I can't stop myself. Will the trend continue? I hope so! Will let you know if it does or doesn't in a couple months! 3. I don't pee yellow with these vitamins. Enough said, right? 4. I have noticed less hair loss in the shower. I have a thyroid condition, and part of this annoyance is that my once very thick mane is now just normal, not thick. I shed a lot. I shed enough that my friends and family comment on my shedding. But the last week I have noticed that I am not shedding as much either in the shower or when I comb my hand through my hair. 5. Just 1 pill a day, so this bottle lasts 2 1/2 months. What is that, about $9.64 a month? Yes, I am totally worth that! I know that these are not the least expensive vitamins on the market, and I hesitated to give them a try because I am a bargain hunter by nature, but I am so glad I did. After years of taking vitamins just because I should, it is so refreshing to feel like my body is responding so well to whatever nutrients it is getting from this little pill- obviously something I was missing before. I recommend these because I can actually feel the difference in my energy and my mood.

I have had a very positive experience with these vitamins. I originally chose them because I liked the ingredients and the fact that the formula includes naturally sourced components, but after using them, they became one of those products I genuinely wanted to continue purchasing. Not too bad of a taste for the amount of vitamins in these capsules. They are a large size but I’m a very small person and it’s hard for me to swallow some large items, but these are designed to slide right down your throat when taken with water. I’ve not had even one problem with them at all !!!

I really like these Garden of Life Raw One vitamins and feel they work great. They’re easy to take, gentle on my stomach, and I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall energy. The ingredients are high quality, which is what originally drew me to them. The only downside is the smell — it genuinely reminds me of dog food. It doesn’t affect how they work, but it’s definitely noticeable every time I open the bottle. Overall, despite the strange smell, they’re effective and I do like them.

I don't really need vitamins, but i wanted to have a boost of energy and vitamins in the cases where I can't have a balanced meal (student life), and also the boost of biotin for hair and nails. They don't taste good, which is a plus because they are being honest about their all natural ingredients; and they can actually be very heavy for the stomach if taken without food or if you are fasting. Even if taken with food, i would burp them and taste them again (not a good taste). I found that taking them before food (10-30mins apart) helps with the burping. In the end, my body adjusted to the new intake. I like the percentage they had for each mineral and vitamin, meaning that the amount absorbed is basically all, given that it doesn't exceed the recommended daily (which basically you just pee and excrete without absorbing). And honestly, they lasted me a very long time as I didn't want to take them everyday. The bottle is nice and closes well. The capsule itself is kind of big to swallow and you should do it with lots of water because the capsule will start to break down in your esophagus. If you are a vitamins person and/or if you need a multivitamin, I would definitely recommend these as compared to those cheaper ones at the store containing not so natural ingredients for the capsule itself. Cheers : ) I'm not going to be superficial and remove one star just because they don't taste good, or that they made me burp.....I've taken a lot of natural vitamins and superfoods, and trust me, your body needs to gradually adjust to the new changes. Really big but all you need is one works well for me

I have been pleased with these vitamins. This brand was recommended by my daughter-in-law. She has used this brand for several years because of the purity of ingredients. I like the idea of less extra ingredients in my vitamins and the fact that I can just pop one in my mouth first thing in the morning and it doesn't upset my stomach. I plain to order more.
