These work great on a small, but sturdy spice shelf for my kitchen...These shelves are both metal and wood + the weight of the spices - adhereing them to a wooden wall and these have held these in place well. Good price for 20 pairs and I needed black. Easy to use and I use them for hanging many things where I can't use nails or magnets. I haven't taken them down so I can't address the removability or any residue, I haven't had issues before.

I’ve used Command strips before, but these large ones are definitely my favorite. They hold my pictures securely without having to put holes in the wall. They’re easy to use and perfect for hanging things around the house. Great product and great value in the larger pack.

They are sturdy and come off easily with no paint peeled off. I like them as the strips are quick to use and get anything up that I want. The only thing, and not the product's fault, is once you put them somewhere that is usually it. It can't be peeled off and moved. The adhesion is not the same. I have learned the hard way with Funko Pops I hung up that ended up dropping like an hour later cause I had moved the strip from its initial spot.

They work pretty well. Can’t say I’ve truly tested their weight bearing but I like using these much more than Velcro and trust their product more than other similar products like velcro

I’m obsessed with these! You can’t see them, and they are very strong! The majority of my pictures are hung with these and a plus is they don’t damage the walls! I don’t have to worry about making holes with nails. You get quite a few and I pretty much put 2 on every picture. If it’s a heavy frame, I just use 4! Leaves no residue behind on the wall!

I used these to mount a clear plastic stair rail guard to both black rails of my upstairs open walkway a couple of days ago. I didn't want to have to cut and weave the plastic between stiles or use lashing, which would be unsightly. These black strips (practically the only ones in black I found) manage to almost disappear against the banister and stiles, which is what I wanted.These strips did the trick - so far they are holding up. HOWEVER, the clear plastic backing on each piece is somewhat difficult, and therefore frustrating, to remove most of the time. Command Strips use paper backing that comes off better, though occasionally one is difficult to remove. Hence the 4 stars.If anything changes, e.g. they don't hold up, then I will update this review.

I waited to write this review until I knew for sure it would hold up. It has been a few weeks now and it's still holding up! Very easy to apply! It is true that it can hold up at least 15 pounds securely in my case. Just make sure you use enough strips! I used 8 to hold up a heavy mirror with frame. I have not tried to take it off the wall yet, so I'm not sure about the damage control. I will say that I'm satisfied with my purchase!

This is going to be a long review because I want people to understand how badly this product failed.I used these to install 48 individual frames (12 wide by 4 high) on a wall in my home. (I'll attach a photo.) The wall is plaster on lath and over 100 years old, so I had it professionally restored and painted prior to installation. I waited a week for the paint to dry, as recommended. The frames are inexpensive but do have real glass and weigh 1 lb each. Even though the company recommended 1 pair of command strips per frame, I used 4 pairs per frame. Installation was tedious and time-consuming, but it went smoothly, and I felt confident the command strips would hold.I was wrong. There were no problems for 6 months. Then one day there was a crash. One of the frames had fallen off the wall and shattered. I brushed it off as a fluke. That same evening a second frame fell and shattered. At this point I physically pushed in on the remaining 46 frames to be sure they felt secure. I also removed a few of the frames that felt a little loose. By the next morning an additional 5 frames had fallen and shattered. At this point I felt my only option was to remove all of the frames from the wall.There wasn't an earthquake. There's not a ghost. But obviously some environmental factor was to blame. I cannot overstate the amount of work involved in hanging 48 individual frames in a grid and having them perfectly spaced. Not once but twice. When they fell they tore off the paint, did minor damage to the plaster, damaged a piece of furniture underneath them, and made a giant mess. When I reinstalled everything I had to use special screws, which I didn't want to do, hence why I chose the command strips to begin with. Not to mention having to replace the frames because the glass shattered. This has been a huge nightmare.I will never use another command strip as long as I live.

Having bought several other cheaper brands, I was reluctant to spend more.I'm glad I did. These live up the the advertising and worth the cost.

Easy application, adhesive seems strong.

They adhere well and are easily removed.
